Hello.

There are a few things you need to know about Loewe.

First, it’s their website.

Recently they have changed their theme, which shifted our view on the brand entirely. How should I say it? It’s brighter and lighter, you see:

Just two weeks ago, their homepage was dominated by an oversized ad campaign image, with brownish edges on the corners of my screen. Oh, and the menu was located on the right top.

Now everything has been simplified – the background is white, the front image only occupies the space in the center, and the menu is on the left. And it’s less busy and easier to navigate.

The Loewe Fall Winter 2014 Ad Campaign is featured with new bags and of course, more love. But what I notice is that the Ad Campaign is very similar to Louis Vuitton ‘A Dozen Girls’ Ad Campaign. The pictures are more natural, or it seems to be, with no extra flavors added like special effects.

And instead of painting the Flamenco and the Amazona bag with new color or covering it with different leather, they are presenting the new iconic in gold suede with embossed Anagram. Classic and gorgeous.

This is the Loewe Amazona 75 Bag, the corned is refined with black calf nappa, the design is inspired by the trapezoidal silhouette of the original Amazona, which was launched in 1975. The light unstructured body gives an amazing feel together with the high grade exposed leather. It also comes with an removable and adjustable shoulder strap, which is also made from calf leather.

Measuring 29 x 24 x 18 cm, priced at $2690 USD.

Then we’ve the new streamlined Flamenco Knot Bag. Crafted in suede and embossed with Anagram, the Do not think too easy because the Volume is created by ‘precise’ cutting. What you need to know is the soft, two-fold construction with T-bar profile and the edges are hand-painted. The notched silhouette and unlined interior with two pockets are made to satisfy your crave.
