Chloe Pixie Bag

Chloe continues their journey by introducing more signature handbags with big shimmering round-shaped hardware. The Drew Bag and the Faye Bag were already a big success, now it’s time to introduce another beautiful accessory; the Chloe Pixie Bag from the Fall Winter 2017 Collection.

Whenever I peek on the Pixie Bag, I think about the Nile Bag. The Nile Bag has a round-shaped body and it also features a round-shaped bracelet hardware for hand carry, coincidence?

The Design

The Chloe Pixie Bag didn’t come as a surprise, because it was already shared on the Resort 2018 Runway. We noticed it as a mini shoulder bag with an option carry by your fingers (yes it was that small). And only after its release, we know that there are bigger versions available as well as a medium-sized tote bag edition.

The Chloe Pixie Bag is round-shaped with a glossy golden top handle for a jewellery-inspired look. Chloe calls their handles an ‘unique double bracelets handles’. The body is enhanced with half-moon panels which offers a textural interplay of smooth and suede leather. The leather is boosted with golden studs to bring equestrian detail to the bag’s feminine lines.

Part leather and part suede have been the new trend at Chloe. If you take a look at their stunning Drew and Faye Bag, they are all proof of the success of this new concept.

The bag also comes with a leather shoulder strap for cross body or shoulder carry.

There are two sizes available; the small version is like a shoulder bag. The medium size can also be carried as a shoulder bag but looks more like a tote bag.

The interior

The interior is usually made from suede lining. The inside features a main compartment and a flat inside card pocket. The medium size is large enough to use as an everyday bag due to its generous size.
