Nothing new here, but just want to remind you of the rule that we heard back in 2011. A nice girl who came across Bragmybag.com left a comment confirming that the rule of ’one bag per passport per two month’ is real in Paris. I haven’t heard anyone having trouble in other EU countries, so I suppose that this rule is only enforced in Paris.
Is it a bad thing?
Well, that depends. Last time I went to Paris, I’ve seen two tourist swiping away 15 of the most gorgeous earrings in one purchase. And I am convince that it also happens with Chanel handbags. It’s not fair for those who are traveling all the way to Paris for Chanel. The disappointing feeling is heart-breaking, I understand that well enough.

I heard that this is the same in Italy. 1 bag, 4 small leather goods and 4 accessories per person. The goods should be in different style / model number.
OMG, seriously. I think it’s better. I was once in Paris and saw the most cutest and gorgeous earrings being snapped away from me in seconds by cash-rich tourist. Left me with only the ones I dislike =(. What do you think about the policy?
