Another trend going on?
It’s not the first time and it will not be the last – more and more designer brands are giving their customers (basically ‘we’) the freedom to paint their own iconic bag.
Now where have we seen this before?
In 2010 Louis Vuitton expanded their online store by introducing the Louis Vuitton Mon Monogram Service. Since then, you can customize your Louis Vuitton bag, with millions of possible combinations. Here’s our advice, be creative and playful.
In 2013 Longchamp launched the ‘create your very own Le Pliage’ website. With a few simple click your can select the size, the shape, the colors and you can even print your very own initials on it too.
This year, Prada allowed you to design your very own heels. A crazy move in my opinion, but I love every bit of the idea. You could pick Prada’s most iconic designs and then the shape, the height of the heels, the materials, you are in control. Like?
And now Fendi is opening up an app that allows you to design your very own Fendi Baguette Bag. The app is called the myBaguette. The variations are limitless; you can literally add almost everything you like.
And to give you a great start and some inspiration, we thought you might want to check out a couple of designs. All are created in the new myBaguette app. Here is the link to the App.
